All the roadsters had the cast aluminium body starter solenoid. Change should have been after 1962. But look forward to hear more about it.</span></p>

<div class="gmail_default" style="font-family: comic sans ms,sans-serif; font-size: small;">Prior to about 1958 the starter solenoid used in Healeys was Lucas part number <span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: "">76411. This type of solenoid can easily be identified by having a cast aluminum body as on the left on the pic attached. <br /></span></div>
