It´s nuts that’s welded under the plate, not bolts. On my car one nut was loose, got it welded back in place with not too many problems.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>Also several threads were bad, fixed them with a heli coil set. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D'>Today I would probably remove the plate and weld 4 new nuts below.
