Yes, it can be restored somewhat with careful cleaning, but it will never be as pretty as it was when installed. Looking for an point of view. should one replace the wire harness that is braided or try to follow the original that appears to be PVC and banded together with black rap. The original is not that bad but again not that good.</div>
