The threads on your car are predominantly UNF.<br>
There are BSF, BSW & BA threads on most of the electrical components but not enough to warrant purchasing the tap & die set.<br>
A reasonable quality UNF set will cover 90% of what you need.<br>

I am visiting the U.K. at present and can pick up a tap and die set at a very reasonable price. Is the Healey (excluding the gear shift nob!) predominantly Whitworth or BSF (British Standard Fine) threads?
