<p>The only distributor caps that I've had consistently good results
with have been Lucas brand. Moss has Lucas brand caps, as does
BPN:</p>

I've heard of some shenanigans regarding inferior brands being
re-boxed in Lucas boxes--supposedly available at flea markets--but
neither Moss nor BPN would do that.<br>

unfortunately. Perhaps have a look at your points and
coil, if the dwell is too long or the coil is too high
energy, it could be frying the condensors.</div>

<p dir="ltr">Replaced two new condenser with an
old Lucas one and yet again my car runs amazing
for around 200 miles then it craps out. I have
not replaced it yet with the new hd unit I just
bought, but it is running bad, stumbling and
just "crunchy" sounding on excelleration like it
did each other time before it started backfiring
and then just due. dizzy was rebuilt.....<br>
