<DIV><FONT face=Calibri>A lot of wiggle room in "decent driver" probably
anywhere from $3000- $3500 for a scruffy, solid, cosmetically challenged,
mechanically sound runner, to $7000-$7500 to a very clean, mechanically sound,
rust free car. Subtract $$ for rust, although the GT will hold up better
to the tinworm than a convertible. I had a B/GT in college that
probably would have folded in half had it been a roadster, eventually it was
sold for parts when a rear leaf spring mount rusted off the
chassis.</FONT></DIV>
