He’s driving up in his 100/6 through France, Holland, Germany etcetc. I was hoping to garner some contacts, addresses etc for him prior to his departure. (So far, not having much luck). He will, quite sensibly be taking a pile of spares and tools, but one can be fairly certain that one will not have the one thing that one needs.
