Elton: I took the grill out of my BT7. On the drivers side at the top there is a plate with a tapped hole. The plate is part of the under body. Mount the relays using this tapped hole. Then all of your wiring will be via bullet connectors to the existing harness. Just follow color codes. The red wire with a fuse. I cut the fuse off the end leaving enough of wire to be able to splice it back on later. Crimp a lug onto one end of the fuse and attach it to the battery terminal at the remote start switch on the right side. Take the red wire and snake it up the left side of the car, across the fire wall over to the fuse. I used bullet connectors to connect the fuse to this wire.

A rather simple task except for removing the grill. That you have to do from under the car!

........................ Fellow Listers,
I'd like to install a headlight relay kit I obtained from Moss for my BJ7.
Where is a good spot to mount the two relays for conveniently running the
wiring without having to cut into the loom of the wiring harness?
Any photos or wiring diagrams would also be helpful.
Thanks in advance,
