All of the 'leak stoppers' are some form of suspended solid that fills leaking cracks, or a liquid that solidifies in said cracks. Plenty of debate as to whether they work--and whether they clog narrow passages or not--but we had a leak around a head bolt in our Ranger and put some in; it seemed to work with no side effects. That was years ago, we recently had to replace the radiator and did a complete flush--to remove transmission fluid--and I didn't see much if any gunk come out.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Worth a shot, IMO. There's dozens of products; if you have a favorite, use it, if not then do some research online. My dad was a factory rep for Ford, and he says they used to throw a bottle of Bars Leaks into cars at service as a matter of practice.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Bob<br></div><div style="color:#000;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-size:12pt;"><br><div><br></div><style><!--
