I think that most of the fasteners used to attach the fenders are bolts and clips.  The clips are installed on the top lip of the fenders.  I thought the bolts had a square thread, but the factory parts manual calls them spire bolts, so may-be not. Normal" nut and bolts are found along the bottom of the dog legs.  See Moss p/n 321-868 and 321-818.<br>

finish the project and hope to be at the finish line soon!!<br>

If it was an original car, and all the parts were properly restored<br>
and sorted I would budget 40 hours..<br>
Add to that any time to clean up threads, find missing parts, clean<br>
and paint all those little (and larger) bits, repair all the damaged<br>
harness connectors, research where things fit (particularly if you<br>
haven't assembled one before or even recently), endlessly sort through<br>
fasteners to find one more "correct" hex bolt or narrow section lock<br>
washer, etc, etc.<br>
Remember that car is at least 56 years old and many many parts of it<br>
will require work before they can be reused.<br>
I have over 200 hours of body shell reassembly on #174 after paint not<br>
including mechanical, interior or top.<br>
You can do it quick or you can do it right but not both.<br>
