<div>I get the feeling that the registration (marque)
number 856 YUK would not have been issued when the
car was young. It was issued in Wolverhampton but only
counties or metropolitan areas' who had used up all
the prefix letters, would have used the reverse system
of numbers before letters. YUK is a long way from the
first used of say xxx AUK so I would venture to guess
that this registration was issued in the early the
1960s but before the extra suffix letter was added in
1962.</div>
