[Healeys] British Parts Northwest starter

I used to sell WOSP equipment before retiring and can recommend them very highly. WOSP were the only authorised Denso equipment supplier and I believe other similar starters were based on Chinese copies of Denso.Bike engined kit cars use a gear reduction starter as a reverse gear motor with a sprocket fitted to the propshaft. Can’t comment as to quality or price. I’d only say that I fitted a WOSP unit some years back and, so far, it’s been trouble free and, most important, very effective.

Hi All,
 
I've decided to replace my BJ8 starter with a gear reduction starter from British Parts Nortwest. The part number is: 16131AHD
 
Are there any opinions or experiences from anyone on the list as to whether this is a good choice?
