[Healeys] Clutch noise revisited again

I've had some luck looking at the release bearing via an endoscope. Going
through where the rubber boot goes into the little plate with the 3
inaccessible screws. It's hard to get the camera to cooperate but I think
one of the spring clips is half-on half-off.
1)	Could it be like that? Wouldn't it just come right off and fall
down?
2)	Does anyone have pictures of the release bearing in situ that show
precisely how the clips sit on the bearing's shoulders?
