[Healeys] AH BN1/2 Float Bowl Cooling Fan

Many years ago I solved my vapor lock issues on my 100 by wrapping some
heat tape around the tail pipe that passes under the fuel pump.  That works
well.

A more elegant (but more costly) solution is to jet hot coat the headers,
which does wonders to push heat out the back of the car.
