Michael, I had 2 badges for my 9 fin calve covers sone in the UK by:

Excellent work, but can take a while if busy. Curt is correct, it is not cloisonné, but red enamel.

I can send photos if you want. They made a mold from one of mine so they reproduce from scratch.
