[Healeys] Valve Cover badge

Please see the two attached pics showing first, how the badge on my early
aftermet finned valve cover should look and second, how mine appears.  The
cloisonne is in good condition but the chrome plating is gone.

Can the badge be replated without destroying the cloisonne and if so does
anyone have a recommendation for where I might get this work done?
