[Healeys] Oil pressure gage fitting

The oil pipe line adaptor on the 100 is different to the 6-cylinder Healeys.

They are a smaller fitting with a tapered BSP fit into the block.

 

The one on the Hundred is a different beast.

It is larger – ½ inch and has straight sides, both ends.  I’ve misplaced my thread gauge but I reckon it might be BSF – 16 tpi.

As it is not pipe thread it has a copper crush washer between the adaptor and the block.

The side with the restrictor hole goes into the block.

What are the thread specifications for the adapter/fitting between the block & the oil press. gage flex line on a 100?

I would like to know the TPI, thread form, and are the threads straight or tapered & anything else important that I forgot to ask about.
