So I know longer need to fix the windscreen on my B
After paying a guy to bring it back from a lot of storage. My health has
not been great for a while, it runs and stops great, but steering was
binding. I took it to another shop. The new guy shows me that the car has a
bent front frame. A piece of info the guy in Albuquerque failed the
disclose when he sold me a great car, and the mechanic who worked on it to
the tube of $5500 never noticed. So I now have a $2500 parts car at a loss
of $7k to me.
Sorry 😔 can't report back on how the glass restore kit works.
Moral,even if you have known a guy on this list for many years, have the
car inspected by someone else .
