Regarding any surface-staining issues with the Wizard radiator—or any alloy unit—simply use a good aluminum polish like Flitz or others out there. Occasional polishing is good practice anyway.

I have the Wizard radiator in my ’64/’65 BJ-8, and do like it!

Do remember it doesn’t have the standard Healey neck depth…

I too, have a recovery tank, and appreciate it’s value.

The only down side is  - if you happen to get any anti-freeze on the top tank, get it off IMMEDIATELY to avoid staining.

----------------

All the best,

Al Fuller

I am planning on putting a new Wizard radiator in my 100 and before ordering it I'd like to hear from anyone who based upon experience with one has any suggestions or comments. The one mod I am planning upon would have the overflow tube coming out of the right of the filler as I have an existing recovery tank mounted upon the right shroud support.

Best--Michael Oritt
