[Healeys] Wire Wheel Balancer

Me too had my rear drums balanced.
A local machine shop with dynamic balancing equipment did this for me - big
improvement.
See photo of drum after grinding off a substantial amount along the
periphery.
See also the before and after out of balance readings.
