[Healeys] British Tool and Fasteners - Misrepresention

Hi Richard -

The 16 written on the blade means the Threads Per Inch, which will always
be the same regardless of the pitch angle.  So in this case, a 3/8"
Whitworth bolt will be 55 deg w/ 16 TPI,  and a 3/8" UNC bolt will be 60
deg w/ 16 TPI.  So when you put the sawtooth together like this, it will
mesh.

That said, the tooth shape is a little different so if you hold that up to
the light you will see gaps between the sawtooth.  This is how you can tell
with a thread guage if it is UNC or BSW, hold the bolt and sawtooth to the
light and if you see gaps in the thread, its not a match, even if it does
mesh together.
