[Healeys] 100 brakes

There is only one discharge connection on the 100 master cyl. If I leave the reservoir connected & disconnect the single brake line at the master cyl., then install a bleed screw & connect a plastic tube to it, will that suffice, if I pump in and out on the brake pedal?

Bench bleed MC before installing.  Pump in and out on the MC with the full reservoir connected and be sure fluid comes out the discharge connectors  before you install it on the car.
