[Healeys] Pilot bearing adapter for Smitty's setup

I think your best bet is Pete Delaney.  He sells the adaptor with the bearing already pressed in.  I bought one from him last year and if I recall correctly it was $70.  There’s no way you could have one machined for $70 let alone include the price of the bearing.
