Hi Michael and Happy New Year,
Yes swapping the springs side to side is a good plan to postpone the need
for replacements but, before you do, it is important to determine if the
"lean" is being caused by the front or rear suspension or both which isn't
that hard to do.
To check the rear springs jack the car up as near as possible to the center
of the front cross member then measure the distance from the frame to the
ground under the trunk floor.
To check the front springs jack under the diff drain plug and measure from
the front of the frame rails to the ground.
Often you will find that both springs on the driver's side have sagged in
which case the solution is to swap both front and rear side to side.
