[Healeys] New up-rated 100/4 water pumps

I can't now recall the person's name but in addition to selling rebuilt
pumps (on a core basis) with better seals he also sold hardtop parts
(windlacing, etc). He was located in the NW--Washington or Oregon.
Does anyone know his name--Bob or Bill ring a bell.
