[Healeys] Hi Voltage Coil

Doesn't using a ballast resistor require two circuits; one for starting 
(no resistor, hotter spark) and one for running (resistor for cooler 
running coil, less erosion of points)? AFAIK, no Big Healeys used a 
ballast resistor with requisite two circuits.
