[Healeys] massive oil leak

My question is: DID YOU USE SYNTHITIC OIL, OR REAL OIL??? If you used
the synthetic, drain it and put in Castrol 20/50 classic oil. Real oil
is about 2 microns thick -synthetic is "smaller" and will leak like a
sieve. Hank

  I can't imagine that doing an oil change could be the cause of a
sudden increase in leakage from the rear main however, I have had the
same issue when the vent pipe to the rear air filter was dislodged and
bent over blocking all air flow. Might be worth checking that the
crankcase venting is working.
