[Healeys] Conversion to single battery

Mike--

I'll try to find the brand and model for the single 12VDC battery I use in
my BN1 and post a pic later. In any case I would suggest you find a 12VDC
gel battery without top terminals to lower its height and instead find a
model that has female terminals on one side, enabling you to more
easily pass it through the hatch in the squab. I use the space that had
been consumed by the (former) left side 6VDC battery to mount a large
Tupperware-style container in which I stow a scissors-jack and handle and
other gear related to tire changing as it will be made accessible once the
spare tire is removed for changing.
