[Healeys] Small parts

I can see by the indents in the escushian plate that someone has added
that chrome ring to "dress up" the rather bland Lightning switch and
knurled ring which is the original fixing (shown). They must have used
a longer toggle as well and some way to hold the chrome ring in place.
