[Healeys] Number of color combos for BN1

That shows the standard offerings. My heritage cert shows (and was
re-verified) that my early May '54 car was delivered in spruce green with a
red interior. I have original trim remnants and paint that bear that out.
Who else has an put of the ordinary original color combo?
