Hello Mike,
DOT3/4 damages all sorts of paint used on a car, even two part epoxy paint.
I use it as paint remover on small parts and it works fine for any sort of 
paint.

I presume that you are trying to circumvent the issues of brake fluid 
taking the paint off. 
I  have been told that 2 part epoxy paint isn't damaged by brake fluid. 
Anyone know if that is in fact the case?
