[Healeys] Calibrating Speedo for 3.55:1 Rear Axle

Another elegant option is to get small stickers for the 3-4 key speeds and
just put them on the speedo glass.  Mileage will still be a skosh off but
you will know how fast you are going.

This is what we do to mark Kph on our speedos in HK, fully accepted for MOT.
