[Healeys] Screw type/size

Mike,  there are three hex screws per stanchion, the two lower ones are
1/4" UNF, and the upper most screw with the pointed tip is 5/16" UNF. There
is a large, thick fender sized flat washer and a spring washer that are
screwed in from the inside.
