[Healeys] 6cyl Exhaust manifold to pipe gasket Q

AlanI don't have a definitive answer but checked my gaskets in the shop and they are copper on both sides (not solid copper). Did read online that if the gasket is smooth (metal) on one side and composite on the other that the composite side goes down (towards the tailpipe). Perry
