[Healeys] Hard top brochure

Recall everyone, that Jensen produced the "factory" hardtops for all
the big Healeys. They also did the Sprite Hardtops despite losing the
contract for the Sprite bodies. Then too, there were a number of
aftermarket manufacturers such as Parrish and Universal that made
hardtops for the 100, 100-6 and 3000, Hank (AHC Historian)
