No, I don't remember them looking like that either. It's funny that
image. A lot aged rapidly after their war-time experiences, but still.
Mind you I don't think that it was restricted to the UK. I recall a lot
of marketing stiff from both sides of The Pond was similar, although a
lot of US-originated marketing was better presented and finished.
My guess it 3000 "Mk1" era. It looks very like some of the late "100/6 3
litre" brochures in style and artwork.
