[Healeys] Water Pump Pulley Nut

Sorry Mike, but I am not going to pull the fan off my car to check this.
The only washer I have seen that is bent over as a lock is on the rear
axle.  Leave it flat and add a bit of Loktite or try to bend it if that
appeals to you.  Nobody's going to see it under the fan.
