[Healeys] Wiring harness restoration

If you are going that far, I would recommend just getting a whole new
harness.  The modern cloth braided wire has uprated fire
resistant sheathing, which the old harnesses don't.  That's why fire is
always such a concern in the old LBCs.... so better to get a new harness
with the fire rated sheathing.
