I have used both Penrite and a NGLI #00 grease.
Castrol Spheerol SHL 00
NLGI #00
Not much difference.
Got the Castrol grease from Napa
Neither solved my leaking problem.
It surely depends on the severity of the leak - mine was bad !
Don't expect miracles.
It did improve things, but in the end replaced the seals - that did solve
the problem and also used this NLGI #00 after the new seal was installed.
This can be done with the steering box in situ., but is a bear of a job !
I had to modify a pitman puller to just get it to fit.
The trick is to use 2 seals.
