[Healeys] Interesting frame detail

I certainly never noticed anything like that before, perhaps never paid attention to it but since the letters are large enough  one would notice them easily.

Whilst preparing the frame of my BN2 for final paint I noticed these letters stamped onto the right rear shock mount.
I wonder what they signify? Perhaps the initials of the welder?
Anyone else noticed these ... same initials?
