[Healeys] What part is this?

For the life of me I am convinced this is off my BJ8 but I don’t recall
where it goes.

Alternatively this might be off my Jag Mk9.

Clearly something important.

I suspect this might be a toolbox hinge for my Jag tool boxes…?
