[Healeys] “New” Healey 100

Now I'm a bit confused, because I read elsewhere, JME builds them a frame.
Then I remembered there are new US regs that allow for building a small
amount of replicas that needn't meet all the current regs:

Don't know how that would work in the UK and Europe, though.
