[Healeys] “New” Healey 100

I read in one of the stories that they kept the 100 frame and I believe
chassis number as well so it is probably "technically" still a Healey and
entitled to carry the badge on the front.  If the market is UK and Euro, it
would probably be much easier to pass through all the regulations as an old
Healey rather than a completely new car needing belts, air bag, bumpers,
emissions, etc., etc., etc.

I'll be saving my money for a 100S, thank you very much.  I have as much
chance of getting one of those as I do this bit of ugliness.
