[Healeys] Hot Fuse

David is absolutely correct however there is also another wrinkle to this
issue.
The heat generated is often sufficient to anneal the brass "horseshoe" clip
that retains the fuse with the result that it will no longer effectively
grip the end of the fuse. When that happens there is no alternative other
than to replace the fuse block.
