All the taxes/duties would be at your end. We (UK) pay 20% VAT which adds up pretty fast. 

I send parcels to family in France and Spain quite often. Seems that the taxes are absolutely arbitrary. Sometimes too high, sometimes zero. The douaniers probably roll a dice…..

Usually not for exported products from the UK, 

 But possibly import duties and maybe excise tax of the country of import

It is kind of irritating that it was not remanufactured as a tubeless tire. All they needed to do was machine groves into the mold to from mold continuous ribs integrally into the bead of the tire so that they are forced by the pressure of the air inside the tire to seal with the flanges of the metal rim of the wheel.

Richard:  Be aware that the XAS tires require inner tubes.  If you have tubeless wheels, you still need the inner tubes.
