[Healeys] Master Cylinder Packing Shims

The addition of the 1/16 inch thick packing “piece” or shim at the master cylinder mounting will lower the brake pedal pad approximately 1/4 inch when the pedal is released. Two shims stacked changes it by 1/2 inch.
