[Healeys] Clutch plate

Hi List 
      If a 65 1/2 BJ8Healey has been sitting for over 12 years , Allegedly in a garage and I’m thinking the clutch plate could be stuck to the flywheel, can’t push clutch pedal in , can it be freed up .
