[Healeys] Gas flowing out of manifold tube

Almost certainly a dirt in a float chamber float valve but can be a float
that has gone down ( like the Titanic but smaller).
I would see if it goes away when you start the engine before doing
anything else.
To be sure take off the chamber lid and check the float ... they do
occasionally develop leaks at the seams.
