[Healeys] Rust Protection Fluids

[Bob Haskell]

I have used Brownells' Oxpho-Blue cold bluing on some of the tools I've 
made.  Only bluing product I've tried, so there may be better. I've not 
use Boeshield on blued pieces.  Will give it a try.
