[Healeys] Fan Belt

The OEM type fan belt that I bought from Moss arrived today.  I tried to fit it to the engine this evening.  Well, it seems to be too big!  The adjustment of the generator is all the way out and the fan belt is loose.  Moss part number 021-066.  All the pulleys are the correct size originals.  What am I missing here?Mike MacLean
